Library and Educational Support Services
The Memorial Library is centrally located and is easily accessible from the main classroom, student lounge, and administrative offices. Students and faculty enjoy almost instant access to educational support services and materials. The library collection is searchable via the internet. The College uses LibraryWorld.com to provide access to the library card catalog. The Collection may be searched by title, author, subject and ISBN number. The library provides a quiet and attractive atmosphere for recreational reading, study, research and/or the use of computer software. Orientation programs are provided to campus-based and online students to assist students in the effective use of the library.
The library serves to support both general and professional education. The College is committed to providing the facilities necessary for the student to develop the skills to research a topic and to assemble a report. Learning resources are acquired by the librarian in consultation with the faculty and students. These resources are used to enhance intellectual, cultural, social, and ethical enrichment.
