Transcript requests should be submitted at least one week before transcript is needed. All final
decisions on issuance of transcript will be made by the Registrar.

EDUCATIONAL RIGHTS AND PRIVACY ACT OF 1974 (FERPA).
Charge per transcript — $10.00 each. Transcripts will be issued once completed request form and fee
have been received. No refunds will be issued once the request has been processed. If money is
owed to the college, no transcript will be issued until all debts or obligations owed have been
paid in full.
Standard processing time is 1-3 business days from receipt of the transcript request.
Allow a week for processing transcripts at the beginning and end of the semester
(during the months of August, December, January and April/May).
Transcript fees cannot be billed to your Gupton account. Personal checks are not accepted.

Transcripts can only be released with the written authorization of the student. Payment may
be made by cash, credit card, cashier’s check or money order.
