Transcript Requests

Transcript requests should be submitted at least one week before transcript is needed.

Transcripts will not be released until all debts or obligations owed to the institution
have been satisfied.

All requests must be authorized by the student’s signature in accordance with the FAMILY EDUCATIONAL RIGHTS AND PRIVACY ACT OF 1974 (FERPA).

Charge per transcript — $12.50 each (plus applicable taxes and fees accessed by Parchment). Transcripts will be issued once request has been submitted using the link below. No refunds will be issued once the request has been processed. If there is a hold on the requesters account, no transcript will be issued until all debts or obligations owed have been fulfilled and the hold has been lifted. Transcript fees cannot be billed to your Gupton account. Personal checks are not accepted.
